Privacy

What we collect

• Browsing this website. Nothing that identifies you. There is no account to create, no analytics script, no advertising network, and no session-replay or fingerprinting tool on these pages.
• Signing in with Discord, which is optional. Your Discord ID, your username or display name, and your avatar. We do not ask for your email address, your server memberships, or anything else.
• Taking part in the community. Your Discord ID, the characters and progress tied to it, and a record of applications, role changes, and moderation decisions.

How we use data

• To give you access, apply the community rules, and run the features you use.
• To keep one person to one account, and to look into accounts that appear to have been taken over.
• To contact you about your account, an application, or a purchase.
• Never to build an advertising profile of you or to sell your attention.

Sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• Providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting and the store that handles payments, receive only what that job needs and are held to confidentiality. Their own privacy notices apply to what they hold.
• We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the community.

Cookies

• A session cookie is set only after you choose to sign in. It cannot be read by scripts in your browser.
• Short-lived cookies are used during sign-in itself, to confirm the request came from you.
• No cookies are set for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking.

Signing out clears the session cookie.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Records tied to moderation are kept for as long as the decision could still matter.

Your choices

• You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, where that applies.
• You can remove this site’s access from your Discord account settings at any time. Doing so ends your ability to sign in here.
• Deleting community data may also remove characters, progress, and anything tied to a purchase. We will tell you before that happens.

Server status and statistics

The live player count and the statistics pages are aggregate numbers, read on our side and passed on as counts. No player names, licences, or moderation details are published on this website.

Live streams

The streams page lists channels that are publicly broadcasting the city at that moment, using information those platforms already publish. We do not record who visits the page or which stream anyone opens. If you would rather not be listed, ask us in Discord and we will exclude your channel.

Links to Discord, the wiki, the store, the feedback site, and streaming platforms take you to services run by other companies. Once you follow one, that service’s own privacy notice applies. Avatar images shown after you sign in are loaded directly from Discord.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, and credentials for the services behind this site are held on our servers rather than in your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password on your Discord account and keep two-factor authentication on.

Updates

We may update this notice. Anything significant will be posted here with a new effective date.
