Privacy
What this site collects, and what it does not.
This site is run for Lidsy. It is not affiliated with Kick, Twitch, or any other streaming platform.
Public pages do not require an account. Support and gifts are handled by the services you already use (Kick, Twitch, and similar). Card details and shipping addresses are never collected here.
The age gate asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older before you browse, because some content and merch is suggestive. No birth date is collected. A cookie records only that you confirmed, so the warning does not keep reappearing.
Leaderboard display names come from the platforms that sent the support, or from a name you choose. You can ask to be masked or removed from the public board.
The community board and chat are public. Posts, comments, and chat messages are stored on this site and shown with your display name and avatar. Vote totals are public, but who voted on what is never shown. To count who is online, the chat notes signed-out visitors by IP address for one minute. That is kept in memory only and never saved.
Most pictures and clips are links to the sites they came from, such as Imgur, YouTube, or Kick, so viewing one loads it from that site. Members from level 5 up can also upload their own. Uploaded pictures are stored on this site and uploaded clips with Cloudflare R2, our storage provider. Deleting the post deletes the file.
Your community profile shows your level, badges, join date, and how many posts, comments, and upvotes you have. You can make it private in your account settings. A private profile hides those details from everyone except you and the moderators. Your posts and messages still show your name.
Moderators can remove posts, comments, and chat messages, and can pause a member from posting and chatting. Only moderators see reports. You can delete your own posts, comments, and chat messages at any time, and the chat keeps only its most recent 300 messages. To have everything you posted removed, send a request through the contact method listed on the About page.
Admin access is limited to people who run the site. Admin sessions are separate from any public cookie, and admin activity is written to an append-only audit log.
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact method listed on the About page once one is published.
